Title I. Name, location, objective, duration

Article 1: Name

The name of the organization shall be known as JOMELOS Save life Organization and hereinafter referred to as “JOMELOS”.

Article 2: Location

• The location of the organization will be at Airport Ridge 38/10, Takoradi (Western Region), Ghana .
• The address will be P.O.BOX MC 99, Takoradi (Western Region), Ghana .

Article 3: Objective

The objective of the organization is

• To create forms of developmental collaboration and especially social, financial and material assistance to needy children, and their family members and their environment, in countries that are not capable of offering this assistance.
• To support the UN – convention of the Rights of the Child.
• To provide means to send finances and others goods, that are gathered or received for the mentioned objectives (e.g. financial adoption);
• To request and receive financial and material contributions, heritage donations, and other finances and goods that are given through donations, gifts, life assurances, as well as to use and posses these finances and goods to improve the mentioned objectives;
• To collaborate with similar organizations in other countries, who have the same objectives;
• To form partnerships with local NGO's, individuals and other organizations that are completely focused on the well being of other people;

The aim of the organization is

• To improve the daily live of mainly children and women in deprived areas in Africa ;
• To provide basic education for these children by assisting the implementation of schools, and offer educational materials;
• To support quality education,
• To build orphanages
• To provide cloths and other materials that are necessary for the development of the children;

The organization is authorized to any action that is in accordance with the above mentioned objectives and as far as the profit is used to achieve this purpose.
